Heart Shaped 7 Layer Crêpe Cake

Need a quick no oven cake for Valentines Day or a sweet celebration?
This little heart shaped crepe cake with whipped cream, strawberries and Bonne Maman feels festive, tastes amazing and comes together in minutes.

INGREDIENTS

7 Sweet Crepes Chantal cut into a heart shape if desired

Bonne Maman fruit preserve any flavor you love.

Strawberries for decoration

1 cup cold heavy cream

1 cup mascarpone

2 to 3 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

CREAM FILLING

1. In a cold bowl whip the heavy cream mascarpone powdered sugar and vanilla together until smooth and fluffy.

2. Keep in the fridge while you prepare the crêpes.

ASSEMBLY

1. Cut each crêpe into a heart shape if you are using a mold or template.

2. Place the first crêpe on your serving plate.

3. Spread a thin layer of Bonne Maman fruit preserve.

4. Add a layer of cream.

5. Top with a few slices of fresh strawberry.

6. Repeat the layers in this order until all 7 crêpes are stacked.

7. Finish with cream on top plus a little preserve and fresh strawberries.

8. Chill about 20 to 30 minutes before slicing so the layers set a bit.
