Cinnamon Sugar Sweet Crêpe Rolls

A simple and comforting way to enjoy warm crêpes in minutes.

INGREDIENTS

13 to 15 Crêpes Chantal Sweet Crêpes

1 cup mascarpone

1 cup heavy cream

3 to 4 tbsp sugar, adjust to taste

Fresh espresso of choice

Cocoa powder

Shredded dark chocolate

Strawberries for decoration

CREAM FILLING

1. Whip the mascarpone, heavy cream and sugar together in one bowl until smooth, thick and fluffy.

2. Keep chilled while assembling.

ASSEMBLY

1. Place the first crêpe on a serving plate.

2. Brush lightly with cooled espresso.

3. Spread a thin layer of mascarpone cream.

4. Dust lightly with cocoa powder.

5. Sprinkle a little shredded dark chocolate.

6. Repeat the layers with all remaining crêpes.

7. Chill for at least 2 hours to set.

FINISH

• Dust the top with cocoa powder.

• Add a generous layer of shredded dark chocolate or leave it simple.

• Decorate with fresh strawberries for an elegant finish.

Warm Sweet Crêpes Chantal

A little melted butter

Organic cane sugar

Organic ground cinnamon

STEPS

1. Warm your sweet crêpes gently in a pan until soft.

2. Brush a little melted butter over the warm surface (optional but delicious).

3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

4. Sprinkle generously over the crêpe while it’s still warm so it melts slightly.

5.Fold, roll or cut into strips and enjoy.

NOTES

  • Adjust cinnamon and sugar to taste.

  • This is perfect for breakfast, a quick après school goûter, or a nostalgic French treat.

  • You can also add a touch of vanilla sugar for extra aroma.
